Housing Element
Public input on Housing Element Draft.
The City of Tehama is in the process of updating its Housing Element. The Housing element is a required element of a City's General Plan and must be updated every five years. This 7th Cycle Housing element will cover the timeframe 2024-2029 and includes goals, policies, and programs that address the maintenance, preservation, improvement and development of housing in the City of Tehama.
